The Winter Development Group provides strategic and logistic support for Winter Family Care, LLC and Arrowhead Community Employment LLC, each serving the community needs of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide financial management, risk management, billing services, bookkeeping and accounting support, industry advocacy, and technology support, including the proprietary DirectCare App suite.

I lead the Winter Development Group as the CEO and owner of Winter Investments, Winter Family Care, co-owner of Arrowhead Community Employment, and CFO of Metro Garage Door Company. I act in constant pursuit of opportunities to develop, empower, and support the people and processes that make those companies operate. I “follow the numbers” for avenues of success, whether it pertains to customer satisfaction or employee success.

Kathleen Wright - Executive Assistant

Adopting many hats, I provide administrative and direct support to the owner and collaborate with the other members on a multitude of projects. As a member of the Winter Development Group, I share my insight and assist in tasks as they come and as the team seeks growth opportunities for the subsidiary companies. I act as coordinator and scheduler for the team and, more specifically, Dietrich Winter.

In addition to solving WFC and ACE problems as boots on the ground, I also represent the subsidiary organizations within the HCBS industry and within political dialogs.
